Normal temperature extra soft adhesive for externally repairing side edge scratches of retreaded tire and repairing process

Abstract

The invention discloses a normal temperature extra soft adhesive for externally repairing side edge scratches of a retreaded tire, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of natural standard rubber, 20 parts of butadiene rubber 9000, 100 parts of CaCO3, 10 parts of carbon black N754, 5 parts of 99.5-percent zinc oxide, 3 parts of stearic acid, 1 part of anti-aging agent 4010, 1 part of anti-aging agent RD, 1.5 parts of anti-aging agent DFC, 60 parts of engine oil, 3 parts of sulphur, 1.5 parts of accelerating agent M and 0.2 part of accelerating agent TMTD. The invention also discloses a repairing process of side edge scratches of a retreaded tire. The normal temperature extra soft adhesive improves the soft characteristics of adhesive under normal temperature, and the plasticity reaches 0.90-0.95 and is one time higher than that of the traditional bonding adhesive. In the process, the traditional ponderous heating and extruding tools are not used and simple repairing tools are used, thus a user can do as own wishes during operation. The repaired part of the tire has neat appearance, and the normal temperature extra soft adhesive has high production efficiency and saves energy.
本发明公开了一种翻新轮胎胎侧边伤外修补常温特软胶,由下列重量份的原料组成:天然标胶:80、顺丁胶9000:20、CaCO3:100、炭黑N754:10、氧化锌99.5%:5、硬脂酸:3、防老剂4010:1、防老剂RD:1、防老剂DFC:1.5、机油:60、硫磺:3、促进剂M:1.5和促进剂TMTD:0.2。本发明还公开了一种翻新轮胎胎侧边伤外修补工艺。本发明的常温特软胶改善胶料在常温下的柔软特性,可塑度达到0.90~0.95,比现有的粘合胶提高1倍;该工艺以脱离现用笨重的加热挤出工具,改用简单的修补工具,不但操作起来随心所欲,修补处外观整洁,生产效率高,节约能源。
