Abstract

本发明涉及一种提高继电器使用寿命的方法,包括如下步骤:改变所述继电器触点所在支路的状态,使得其上电流为零或接近于零;使得所述电器触点动作;恢复所述继电器触点之路上的状态。本发明还涉及一种提高继电器使用寿命的电路及使用这种电路的装置。实施本发明的提高继电器使用寿命的方法、电路及装置,具有以下有益效果:由于在继电器触点动作之前,就将其触点所在支路上的状态改变,从而使得该触点上流经的电流为零或基本为零,大大减少了拉弧的机会,从而使得继电器触点不会被加速氧化,提高了继电器使用寿命。
The invention relates to a method for prolonging the service life of a relay, which comprises the following steps: enabling the current of the relay to be zero or approach to zero by changing the state of a branch at which a relay contact is positioned; enabling the relay contact to act; and recovering the state of the branch at which the relay contact is positioned. The invention also relates to a circuit for prolonging the service life of the relay and a device using the circuit. The method and the circuit for prolonging the service life of the relay and the device have the advantages that: by changing the state of the branch at which the relay contact is positioned before the relay contact acts, the current flowing through the contact is zero or basic zero, the chances of arc discharge can be greatly reduced, thereby the relay contact can not be accelerated to oxidize and the service life of the relay is prolonged.
