Tower type drying system

Abstract

The invention relates to a tower type drying system using flow switches. The tower type drying system is provided with a five-way electromagnetic valve, wherein an A valve port and a B valve port of the five-way electromagnetic valve are connected with a first drying tower and a second drying tower through a pipeline respectively; the first drying tower and the second drying tower are connected in parallel with the same pipeline and finally connected with an air storage tank; a first flow switch is arranged on an upper branch of the first drying tower; a second flow switch is arranged on an upper branch of the second drying tower; and both the first flow switch and the second flow switch are unidirectional flow switches. Compared with the prior art, the drying system substitutes the flow switches for shuttle valves so as to achieve the use effects of the shuttle valves and adjust the dryness of air by adjusting the amount of air flow flowing through the flow switches, thereby achieving better effects.
本发明涉及一种采用流量开关的塔式干燥系统。一种塔式干燥系统,设有一五通电磁阀,所述五通电磁阀的A、B两阀口通过管道分别连接有第一干燥塔和第二干燥塔,所述第一干燥塔、第二干燥塔并联于同一管道上,最后与储气罐相连,所述第一干燥塔上部支路上设有第一流量开关,所述第二干燥塔上部支路上设有第二流量开关,所述第一流量开关和第二流量开关均为单向式流量开关,本发明与现有技术相比采用了流量开关来替换梭阀,既达到了梭阀的使用效果,又可通过调节流过流量开关的气流量大小来调节空气的干燥度,取得了较好的效果。
