高压变频器控制器故障信号处理系统及其工作方法

Abstract

The invention discloses a fault signal processing system of a high-voltage frequency converter controller and a working method thereof. The system comprises a transformer cabinet, a power unit cabinet, a control unit cabinet, a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), a fan protection unit and a power supply system, wherein the input end of the transformer cabinet is connected with an external alternating-current power supply, the output end of the transformer cabinet is communicated with the control unit cabinet through a control light ray after being connected with the power unit cabinet in series, the PLC and the fan protection unit are respectively connected with the control unit cabinet, and the power supply system is used for supplying power to the control unit cabinet. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly classifying faults into static faults and dynamic faults, and then grading the static faults. The system has high stability, and meanwhile, after adopting the grading processing of running faults and the static faults, the fault detection and classification of the system is clearer so that the debugging is more convenient.
本发明公布了一种高压变频器控制器故障信号处理系统及其工作方法,所述系统包括变压器柜、功率单元柜、控制单元柜、PLC、风机保护单元和电源系统,其中变压器柜的输入端接外部交流电源,变压器柜的输出端串接功率单元柜后通过控制光线与控制单元柜通信,PLC和风机保护单元分别与控制单元柜连接,电源系统给控制单元柜供电。所述方法先将故障分类为静态和动态故障后将静态故障分级。本发明系统稳定性高,同时在采用分级处理运行故障及静态故障后,系统的故障检测分类更加清楚,从而使调试更加方便。
