Abstract

本发明提供一种电动机控制装置与磁极位置估计方法,其即使在摩擦大的情况下或负荷重的情况下也可以进行磁极位置估计,另外,不受电动机齿槽转矩和干扰的影响。具体而讲,在具备磁极位置估计部(9)的电动机控制装置中,磁极位置估计部具备:生成10°单位的粗略的第1估计磁极位置的低精度磁极位置估计部(22);在生成第1估计磁极位置后,生成1°单位的精密的第2估计磁极位置的高精度磁极位置估计部(23);选择第1估计磁极位置或第2估计磁极位置的估计磁极位置选择部(24);及生成磁极位置估计用速度指令的速度指令自动生成部(21)。
It is possible to provide a motor control device and a magnetic pole position estimation method which can estimate a magnetic pole position even when a large friction or a large load is present and are not affected by a motor cogging torque or an external turbulence. The motor control device includes a magnetic pole position estimation unit (9) having: a low-accuracy magnetic pole position estimation unit (22) which generates a rough first estimation magnetic pole position in the order of 10 degrees; a high-accuracy magnetic pole position estimation unit (23) which generates an accurate second estimation magnetic pole position in the order of 1 degree; an estimated magnetic pole position selection unit (24) which selects the first estimation magnetic pole position or the second estimation magnetic pole position; and a speed instruction automatic generation unit (21) which generates a speed instruction for estimating a magnetic pole position.
