Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于恒流源的剂量率远程在线自动测试系统,包括:主控计算机,用于运行图形监控测试程序,向数据采集卡输出控制信号,并接收数据采集卡返回的待测SOI PMOS源端电压测试结果,然后对该测试结果进行计算得到剂量率并显示;数据采集卡,用于根据接收自主控计算机的控制信号执行数据采集,通过测试开发板的数据采集模块采集DUT开发板中待测SOI PMOS的源端电压并返回给主控计算机;测试开发板,用于产生30μA的恒定电流,然后将该30μA的恒定电流通过电缆线输出给辐照源内DUT开发板,同时用于对DUT开发板中待测SOI PMOS的源端电压进行采集;辐照源内DUT开发板,用于将接收的30μA的恒定电流施加至待测SOI PMOS上。
The invention discloses a dose-rate remote on-line automatic test system based on constant-current source. The system comprises a master control computer, a data acquisition card, a test development board and a DUT development board in an irradiation source, wherein the master control computer is used to run a graphic monitoring test program, output control signals the data acquisition card, receive the to-be-tested SOI PMOS source port voltage test result returned by the data acquisition card, and then calculating the test result to obtain and display dose-rate; the data acquisition card is used to perform data acquisition according to the control signals received from the master control computer, the data acquisition module of the test development board is used to collect the source port voltage of the to-be-tested SOI PMOS in the DUT development board and return to the master control computer; the test development board is used to generate 30mu A of constant current and then output the constant current to the DUT development board in an irradiation source through a cable and is also used to collect the source port voltage of the to-be-tested SOI PMOS in the DUT development board; and the DUT development board in the irradiation source is used to apply the received 30mu A of constant current on the to-be-tested SOI PMOS.
